Hamilton Holt, Grandson

Images of the Bowens’ grandchildren, depicted as cherubs, were included on the ceiling murals in the parlors of the Willow Street home in Brooklyn. Before the home was sold in 1904, the cherubs were removed. Four of the paintings are now at Roseland Cottage. Hamilton is in the north parlor.
