Radiators

In the 1920s, a boiler system was installed at Roseland Cottage. The H. B. Smith & Co. Model # 5-50 Smith Mills oil boiler produced hot steam for radiators throughout the house. Each room in Roseland Cottage, now a year-round home, had a large radiator. This system remained in use through Constance Holt’s lifetime.
