South Piazza Repairs

Fitting new joists on the south piazza: The piazzas and conservatory, like the bays, had all settled and required a tremendous amount of repair. Following our preservation philosophy, the replacement joists for the framing of the piazza were replaced in kind. This means that the new pieces matched the old in dimension and species of wood.
